What Foreman is
Foreman, by On PAR Dev, runs AI coding agents on GitHub issues you choose. It uses the model credentials and GitHub token you provide, and opens pull requests for you to review.
Your account
Foreman is invite-only. Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Your credentials and providers
You supply your own Claude, OpenCode and GitHub credentials. Your use of those providers is under their terms, and their usage charges are yours. Use narrow tokens and spending limits.
Your code
You keep all rights to your repositories and to the code Foreman writes for you. Review every pull request before you merge it. Agent output can be wrong.
Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance as shown on the pricing section of the home page. Card payments are handled by the payment processor. Foreman does not see or store card numbers. You can cancel at any time, and service continues to the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
Only run Foreman against repositories you are allowed to change. No abuse, attacks or illegal content.
Availability and warranty
The service is a beta and is provided "as is", with no warranty. Liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
Ending the service
You can stop using Foreman at any time. Foreman can suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes
Updated terms show a new effective date. Material changes are announced before they apply.
